Perhaps there are other things that I should be writing about, but the purpose of this post is to engage your curiosity so as to enlist your brain power, dear reader.
I came across these things while riding along the Schuylkill River Trail. They were so compelling, I had to leave the trail to go see them. They are big enough to be easily seen on Google Earth.
Are they related to the old drilling truck?
Is their proximity to the river a clue?
Did they float?
Did they spin?
Did they transport aliens?
And while I would love to know their story, I confess that I fear the time when I can no longer refer to them as The Big Mysterious Metal Balls.
